The Women in Business Network is a proven successful business. Those invited to join us as an Associate will be joining a successful team of women running their own independent businesses but with the support of the WIBN head office team as well as access to the network of other Associates. We are committed to maintaining a highly collaborative relationship with our Associates making decisions based on what is best for our members.
When we appoint our Associates we do not only supply you with the business format to succeed but will supply an operational manual and ongoing training, advice, support and best practices too. Combined with your own sustained personal effort and commitment this will enable you to make an excellent return on your investment.
We will be working with our Associates for five years or more, so we take great care to make sure that we, and you, feel you are absolutely right for the business and can give it the commitment it needs. The rewards are undoubtedly there for the earning, not for the taking.
Your success is intrinsically linked to WIBN's success and in order to maintain and enhance the WIBN brand it is important that we choose an Associate that has both the ability and commitment to work with us over the long term and be able to work to strict brand guidelines.
The business opportunity with WIBN will enable you to purchase a number of WIBN groups, within a given territory – situated close to your location (but dependent on availability).
We offer two levels of opportunities designed with flexibility in mind depending on whether the Associate wants to work full time on the business or have flexibility around an existing business.
What WIBN Are Looking For…
We have a reputation to maintain with our members and we need to ensure that our Associates will be successful both for their own business and for WIBN as an organisation. As well as you being comfortable with us, we too need to be comfortable with you. We will both be investing time, money and considerable effort so we must both be comfortable with our choice.
Becoming an WIBN Associate is a big commitment and we are looking for committed individuals who have a proven track record in business and the time and money to get started. There is then the continued committment to build and sustain your territory over a 5 year period and beyond.

As a franchisee you will need to have a hands-on approach to make it work successfully and build your territory which in turn will bring in a good income. It will enable you to build your business reputation within your chosen area. The level of effort you put in will determine how successful you are as an Associate. We are looking for determined, driven individuals.
