Arrange a Visit

To arrange a visit to a WIBN group in your area is simple, but before you request to attend a meeting, please ensure that you do not clash with a member of the group first.

WIBN are a one profession per group organisation and unfortunately we cannot allow you to visit a group that already has your profession represented.

To check this out, click on the Our Members tab on the menu and select the group name that you wish to visit.  Here you will see a list of all the current groups.  Click on the group name to view the current membership for the group. Here you will see listed all the members in the group by name and profession.  If you do not clash, then please proceed to request a visit. 

If you do clash, then please select a different group to visit and check the details of this group too.  All our groups have a different mix of professions and no two WIBN groups will have the same catagories represented. Certain professions may be in most groups, but this is not common to all professions.

The Next Step:

Go to the Groups: Current & Launching tab on the menu (shown on all pages on our site)

Click on the County list on the drop down menu, that you wish to visit

A list of groups in this County will appear next to the map on the left

Please select the name of the group and click on this name

An information bubble will appear over the map

Click the Details for member, venue and meeting link

Here you will see listed all the dates for the group meetings, the venue details, the members of the group details and the person to contact for these meetings.

Send an email to the person mentioned or call the person (if there is a telephone number) to book onto a meeting advising them of which date you would prefer and your profession.

You will be sent an invitation by email with a request to forward the meeting fee to secure your place at the meeting (which includes lunch and refreshments).
