Ru Howard

Starting her career working for HM Revenue & Customs, seeing the advantages of working for the “other side” Ru embarked on a career within the accountancy profession. Working across a mixed range of practices, from Baker Tilly to Leon Herman Ru transitioned to where she is today.

Having gained a wealth of experience working with both small and large corporate companies and the everyday director, sole trader and partnership to the more complex personal tax client, Ru pivoted, left the accounting profession behind and decided to retrain as a business coach. She recognised the transformative power of coaching and over the years has developed into a multifaceted business coach.

Since 2017, as a business coach, Ru's mission has been to bridge the realms of finance and leadership, offering clients a comprehensive toolkit for success. In 2021 she found herself drawn to like-minded women who benefitted from her guidance to shape their businesses for them and them alone, to not be affected by business stereotypes but to travel their own journey through failure, changing strategy, understanding what works, what they do well and what they need help with.
