Lorna joined the Women in Business Network at the original concept launch in January 2005, and she says that both her business and her as an individual have benefited greatly. Lorna is owner of the BenTasha Group, encompassing Business and Life coaching for individuals and businesses, combined with on site Stress Relief clinics helping employees deal with incorrect posture and work related stress, helped by a number of remedies, including heat packs.  She has generated Heat Pack sales for her company 'The Real Heat Company Ltd'  from both the members themselves as well as expanding outside the group with sales to many of the member's contacts. 

Lorna also needed help with some of the fundamentals of starting a business and found innovative & reliable businesses to help her with her promotions such as a Graphic Designer, Local Publisher & Printer.  “I have found the other members to be supportive and to share their ideas of what might help when I'm struggling with a particular problem," says Lorna, “The Women in Business Network is all about women supporting each other in an effective, structured but fun setting.  Business referrals are not compulsory but happen naturally as relationships are formed with other people within the local group they belong to as well as the wider community."

“My advice to any female in business who wants to grow their business, but isn't sure how, is to find their local WIBN group, visit and see what it's all about.  Even if you're nervous (as most people are) you'll be welcomed, made to feel at ease very quickly and before you know it you'll be meeting with your friends each month as well as growing your business."
