WIBN can deliver great results!  That's the view of three members who recently collaborated together to win a substantial piece of work, against three other firms. 

Deirdre Bowen-Cassie and Katie Stocks of venture-Now (and members of Milton Keynes South and North respectively) and Ana Sánchez-Forner of dancing lion training & consultancy (member of Milton Keynes South) formed a partnership to tender for a comprehensive development programme for a telemarketing firm.  The client was Electricity 4 Business, a young, dynamic company based in Milton Keynes offering low cost electricity to small to medium sized businesses. 

Lynette Havenga-Stokes, Marketing Manager of electricity4business said, “We wanted a development programme for our telemarketing teams and chose dancing lion and venture-Now because they most closely met our needs."

With Ana delivering high quality training consultancy, incorporating the very latest NLP and behavioural techniques, the client has benefited from telephone sales and communication skills training to increase the skills, professionalism and confidence of the staff.  Katie has developed a state-of-the-art induction training programme, which meets IPD standards.  “It's been great to work with E4B which is taking the development of their employees so seriously", said Katie.  Running alongside these, Deirdre has provided a performance coaching programme to positively impact the financial performance of the client.  “This has been a great opportunity to work in partnership with another member of WIBN and shows how effective, belonging to the network can be," says Deirdre, of the project.

Ana's view is: “Communication and collaboration between WIBN members brings strength to each of our offerings and provides the customers with a wider range of options regarding service and products.  It demonstrates how skills from networking group members complement each other."
