Cancer made me happy! 

Yolanda had breast cancer at the age of 30 and it was the best thing that could have happened to her! 

Yolanda wasn't happy with her life. She smoked, had a very poor diet and low self-esteem. She wasn't truly living, just going through the motions. 

Cancer was the beginning of an incredible journey of discovery that led to where she is now, an Inner Happiness Coach. 

Many people look to external sources for happiness. They play the "happy when" game ("I'll be happy when I lose weight" etc). They make the change only to discover that happiness appears temporarily and soon they are back in the same unhappy place but their relationship or weight etc have changed.
