How much does it cost to join WIBN?
The cost to join the WIBN network as a member is £200 (plus VAT where appropriate). This entitles you to annual membership which is renewable 1 year later.

How much do I pay as a member to attend a meeting every month once I have become a member?
Once you have become a member you pay only £18 (inclusive of VAT where applicable)

How much do I pay at a meeting as a Visitor?
As a visitor to a WIBN meeting you pay £22 (inclusive of VAT if applicable).

How does this price compare to other networks?
Our prices are very competitive with other networking organisations and our meeting fees are made up of various factors.

What does this price include?
There is sometimes the misunderstanding that this is a 'lunch fee' rather than a meeting fee. The meeting fee does include a light lunch and refreshments but also includes the private hire of the room or resturant, telemarketing costs, the cost for the meeting to be hosted by a WIBN representative and the administration of the monthly meeting.

This represents excellent value for money when you consider most of our visitors leave our meetings with referrals or valuable business contacts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to renew my membership after 12 months?
Membership renewal will cost £200 plus VAT (if applicable) for an additional 12 months membership (with the exception of joining at a launch meeting where the fee is reduced as a opening offer on the day of the launch only). You will receive details about your renewal by letter up to 30 days before it is due.

How do I know when my annual membership has expired?
You will be sent a renewal notice up to 30 days before your membership expires to remind you to send payment should you wish to renew.

What do I do if I decide to renew my membership?
Simply send payment to the person who has sent your renewal notice to you and your membership will be seamless continuing to the next year.

What do I do if I decide not to renew?
Simply let us know and we shall start our telemarketing to recruit a new member to your professional catagory in the group and remove your details from our records and website.

Will I be automatically be invited to renew my membership?
Not necessarily. We are delighted to renew members who have demonstrated that they can and will attend meetings on a regular basis. This shows committment to their group and shows a support for their fellow members. If a member does not attend regularly, we feel it is only fair to offer the professoinal slot to another woman in business that can committ to the group and who wants to actively promote her business at the group. WIBN and its representatives reserve the right to refuse membership and are not obliged to discuss their decision.

How do I make payment?
The ways of payment will be explained on your application form issued by the WIBN Franchisee /Regional Support Director of WIBN. In some instances PayPal is an option for paying by Credit or Debit Card. Please make enquiries with the person who runs your meeting to find out if this is available.
