I am an Employment Solicitor at Gelbergs LLP. We are a traditional law firm with a modern and forward thinking approach. I specialise in all aspects of employment law and employment tribunal litigation, from drafting contracts, grievance/disciplinary procedures, and other non-contentious advisory work through to claims at the employment tribunal, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing.

I have worked in the private and not for profit sectors and advise both employers and employees. My approach is client-focused and I am committed to working together with my clients to achieve the best possible outcome tailored to their specific needs.
