I am a business coach and my aim is to ‘make business simpler’ for my clients.

I help small business owners articulate their business challenges in such a way that the multitude of hats they wear become less confusing. They are then able to focus clearly on what they want to achieve, how they want to achieve it, and what the priorities are. This leads to clear goal-setting, and I hold my clients accountable to ensure they move forward!

I offer 1:1 coaching in person in London and by Skype or phone worldwide (I’ve had clients in the US, Canada, Spain, Switzerland, Germany and Croatia). I also regularly run workshops in London, details of which can be found on the Workshops page on my website.

Before training as a coach I spent most of my career as a consultant in the pensions industry, including 10 years as a partner with global consulting firm, Mercer. I led businesses with large teams and managed significant client relationships.

About 5 years ago I realised that my skills and values were diverging from those of my employer and the industry, and after some soul-searching I retrained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute. I established Coaching with Amanda in 2013, and left corporate life a year later.
