The topic depends on the maturity of the group. If the group has just been launched then the Networking Topic of the Month may be a more basic topic than the mature groups. The idea is to give our members information and tips on how to become a more effective networker which will enhance their networking skills and ultimately their WIBN membershp. Our more maturer groups are given a monthly topic which has been written with the help of several members of WIBN who are experts in their chosen field.
