All our group meetings welcome new visitors! We are friendly and welcoming at WIBN and our meetings thrive when new businesses visit. Of course we expect visitors to try us first before they become members, so we invite them to visit a local meeting to see how The Women in Business Network can help them grow their business.

Our structured meetings get results and visitors often gain good contacts (and even referrals) at their first WIBN meeting! This is usual but please come with an open mind, business networking is a longer term strategy for any business. Don’t be disappointed if this does not happen for you straight away. Our members have built a trust and rapport with each other over time and it becomes an ongoing process at all the meetings.

Our members love to meet new like minded women from many different professions, it brings a fresh dynamic to each meeting and introduces new expertise and contacts into the group.

When visiting a group, we operate a one profession per group policy which ensures that as a member you will have exclusivity in your group, which refines the flow of referrals and contacts to you rather than competing for the business with another member. Our success (and that of our members) has been built upon this policy and format.

If you would like to come along and visit a group, simply go to the ‘Groups’ page on this website, and select the town of your choice.

Your chosen group page will feature a list of the current members. This will confirm if you are able to visit and that there will be no professional clash with an existing member.

If there is no professional clash, the details on this page will also show the venue address, the dates for future meetings, a map of how to find the venue (with a route planner if needed). The contact details of the person who manages the group meeting will be shown, please make contact to request an invitation.

The meeting fee for visitors is £24 which includes a one course lunch and refreshments.
