Balancing Work & Life during the lockdown
The lines between work and life are so blurred for many of us right now, they’re almost non-existent 😉
We may find yourself working:
– 7 days a week
– 14 hour days
– not having a clue which day of the week it is
– not remembering when you last got out of your seat to stretch your legs
– taking time off in the middle of the day to make lunch, sort out the kids, take exercise or get some ‘essential supplies’
I’m sure I’m not alone!

This is a popular topic at the best of times, but it’s worth a fresh look right now with the recent changes in our working practices.
The old rulebook may have been left in the office when we all scarpered at the start of the lockdown. It was time to tear that one up anyway…
It’s time to establish our own rules on terms that suit us and our situation better. This starts with us and our mindset, but extends to practical application too.
Work Life Balance takes place on Monday 27th from 10am-12pm and again at 7.30-9.30pm
