How long have you been in business? 2.5 years

What do you love most about your job? Watching women quickly move from feeling fearful, stuck and unhappy to being confident, worthy and fulfilled

Your first childhood memory? Going to school in India in my green patterned rain mac.

How long have you been a member of WIBN and why did you join? Since October to meet lots of fantastic women, get to know what they do, let them know what I do, and explore opportunities of how we can work together and help each other.

Most frightening film and why? The Exorcist – scared the pants off me! I don’t do frightening films!

What sort of training did you have before going into this business? I trained in NLP and Hypnotherapy, and the Lefkoe Belief Elimination Method.

What advice would you give someone who wants to set up their own business? Love what you do and be prepared to roll up your sleeves to make it happen!

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, whom would you like to see play the lead role as you? If they could bring people back to life – Audrey Hepburn (I wish!).

What is the last book you read? Flight Behaviour by Barbara Kingsolver – brilliant.

What is the best thing that someone has said about you and your business? A client wrote me a card: “I just wanted to say a massive Thanks as you have really helped me out. It has been one of the best things I have ever done and would recommend it to anyone.”

Hindsight is a wonderful thing – what one thing would you do differently? Not waste money on marketing mentors who don’t know what they’re doing.

 If you could be a super hero, what would you want your superpowers to be? Have the benefit of hindsight!

How would you describe your business in three words? Life-changing, joyful, simple.

 How have things changed for your business over the past few years? In the beginning, I offered everything to everyone. Now I know I want to help women to feel confident to step up and shine in their relationships and their work.

What is the greatest challenge in running a business? Knowing which activities to invest my time, effort and money into that will help my business to grow.

What are your plans for the future? Work more intensively with clients, run group programmes, have online programmes, give talks and workshops.

What’s the best thing about being a member of WIBN? Meeting an amazing mix of fantastic women.
