Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation Workshop
10am – 1pm on 18th June 2019
This workshop aims to create an understanding of mindfulness and to deliver practical tips that can be used in everyday scenarios.
The workshop will explore the attitudes behind mindfulness and we will also explore different mindfulness exercises and relaxation techniques so individuals can experience what works best for them.
As with all of my workshops the session will include the creation of a mini vision board. The fastest way for the brain to manifest is to have a visual element.
