Biography

Caroline Day established Day’s Accountancy Services in 2008 to support local businesses with their accountancy needs.

Since incorporation, Day’s Accountancy Services Ltd has worked with a variety of small to medium sized businesses and individuals. With Director owned consultancy businesses to tradesmen, each is offered a service tailored to their needs. Pride is taken to get to know more about individuals, with their business and support offered throughout the year on an ongoing basis. I have also developed a School Business and Resource Management service to support a growing need to ensure good governance and financial management, specialising within the primary school sector.

Originally commencing my career working for a large multinational organisation, as Accounts Assistant and latterly Assistant Accountant, I have a breadth of knowledge to support your business needs. I have over 15 years’ experience in governance and business finance resource management predominantly in the primary education sector. Having worked as Chief Financial Officer for Multi Academy Trusts (MAT), as well as Company Secretary.

I am a qualified and current Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), hold a Business Studies degree from the University of Surrey and an AAT Members in Practice Licence. I am also a member of the Institute of School Business Leaders (ISBL), I hold a Certificate in School Business Management (CSBM) from the National College of School Leadership and I am an ISGC Accredited Clerk.
