Want to be happy? Don\'t we all? As a positive psychology practitioner I run classes, courses, workshops and deliver talks on what makes life worth living.
Chill your beans teaches people through relaxation, mindfulness, meditation and positive psychology research and interventions how to create that all important life satisfaction. I specialise in children\'s wellbeing helping them learn skills that they can take with them throughout their life. Fun, active and creative classes to build confidence, self-worth, happiness and resilience.
But lets not let the kids have all the fun, adults you can join in too because your own self-care is important. After all, you can\'t poor from an empty cup.
I am currently a very new business and hoping to connect with others in the same or similar field.
