With 24 years of Financial Executive Recruitment experience, I have had the pleasure of placing some exceptional candidates and working with major blue chip organisations.
I started my career in the recruitment industry in 1993 with Parkside and have subsequently become one of Parkside’s most dedicated and successful Executive Recruitment Consultants.
Delivering senior recruitment services for our Accounting & Finance division, I work out of our West London office.

I specialise in recruitment and resourcing solutions recruiting across Part-Qualified to Qualified and Senior Management and Directorship appointments. Geographically, I concentrate on West London, the Thames Valley and the Home Counties regions and have delivered successful recruitment solutions to both Major Blue Chip organisations and the SME market. I regularly place Qualified Accountants in Financial Controller and Finance Director Positions as well as in more specialised areas such as treasury, financial controls, taxation, audit & reporting.
I head up a high calibre team with a strong ethos of honesty, integrity and transparency in all that we do.
Established in 1989, Parkside is one of several companies comprising the Antal International recruitment group. Antal's international network comprises 100 offices in 32 countries. This places us in the unique and enviable position of operating with the speed and flexibility of a small specialist local company whilst enjoying the global reach and extensive knowledge base of a much larger group. “Over the past few years I have used Parkside both as an employer and a candidate. What sets them apart is that the staff at Parkside takes time to fully understand both the candidate's aspirations and the client’s needs and culture. The result is an efficient recruitment process which benefits both the candidate and the employer.”

“I have no hesitation in saying that Debbie is one of the best senior recruiters that I have worked with. Her immensely personable style, huge attention to detail and ability to understand briefs quickly and accurately is a great skill in an industry full of pretenders. Exceptionally professional and an individual who takes commendable pride in her work, Debbie invests significant time in building personal relationships with both her clients and candidates that ensures that her recommendations are almost always accurate."
