Gráinne worked within nursing and social care for twenty-six years, holding a variety of positions from care assistant to senior staff nurse. The challenges of life and nursing resulted in a change of direction and move to counselling and psychotherapy.

Grainne is an involved, pre-accreditated member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, (IACP). She is located close to Merrion Square. Grainne is passionate about empowering others by providing a safe and supportive space to explore issues that may be causing unhappiness. Often you may not know exactly what is wrong. Grainne gently support you to understand what is causing your unhappiness. The result is an increased confidence about how to live your life.
