I have over thirty years’ experience working in a range of industries from food and rubber Manufacturing to Health and Social Care. Initially, training in Human Resources I gained my Chartered Membership of the CIPD qualification while working for a globally recognised food manufacturer. During my seventeen years at British Sugar I also trained in Health and Safety to NEBOSH/IOSH levels and QMS Auditing.

I became and independent consultant in October 2015. Offering bespoke packages to businesses for HR, Health and Safety, Training and Auditing to suit businesses individual requirements.

I guarantee compliance in areas such as HR and Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and Induction Programmes; insuring that employees mandatory training and personnel development is completed to a high standard. Specialist recruitment for a variety of roles; also focusing on employee legislation in all areas as well as customer specifications for quality assurance.
