Biography

Kerri has a passion for delivering the highest quality of service to clients. She prides herself on being intuitive to the needs of each individual.

Kerri has specialised in Private Client work since qualifying as a solicitor, building the knowledge and experience to advise on a broad spectrum of matters. This includes the preparation of Wills, tax and succession planning, the formation and administration of trusts, the administration of estates and lasting and enduring powers of attorney.

Kerri also has a wealth of experience in advising professional and lay Deputies, making applications to the Court of Protection and acting on behalf of clients who lack mental capacity.

Kerri enjoys the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with individual clients and families. As a result, she better understands their needs and wishes and can help them to successfully achieve their aims. Kerri applies her excellent technical knowledge and creative thinking skills to each different scenario to ensure the best outcome is achieved.

Kerri is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having passed her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates in December 2012.

Kerri is studying sign language and is currently completing British Sign Language (BSL) level 3.
