KM Virtual Office was founded in 2014 by Katie Mellor. After over 10 years experience within Administration, Finance and HR she decided to do something she loves.. get people organised and stress free!

KM are a small team of VA’s that provide businesses, individuals and consultants with ad-hoc or ongoing support, so they can focus on their core business, instead of getting bogged down with all of the back-office functions.

Our Clients usually outsource things that they either; don’t know how to do, don’t like to do or just don’t want to do, so that they are free to get on with what they LOVE to do.

Our core values are really important to us, so integrity, trust and honesty are always top of our list. We support you as and when you need it, so if one month you just need an hours support or the next you need 20, we are there for you. No tie in contract and no minimum amount of hours (great right?)

All our clients love the fact that you are matched with your perfect VA, to build a long lasting, trusted relationship.
