Biography

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist, performance nutritionist and weight loss coach, gaining qualification through the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and the Institute of Performance Nutrition (IOPN) in London.

I have a special interest in helping women who have ‘tried everything’ but still can’t reach their desired weight, and who are sick of dieting, feeling bloated and hungry all the time and who struggle with the changes that menopause and the years leading up to it (perimenopause) can bring. If you are a yo-yo dieter or are just constantly on a new diet and want greater freedom around food and to reduce bloating, regaining some of your lost energy along the way, then I can help.

I work with many women who find the combination of a busy stressful career or raising a family have resulted in them not paying attention to their own needs. The inevitable changes that occur in our bodies during our early 40s and beyond as we edge towards the menopause see many struggle to lose weight, feel good, or feel in control of their feelings, emotions and stress levels as our hormones fluctuate.

I offer a range of packages and levels of support, all of which will see us work together to develop a plan that you can commit to, that will support and motivate you. I have experience working with corporates as well as running online and group workshops and offer bespoke meal plans according to your individual needs.

I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am also a Metabolic Balance coach and awaiting accreditation as a Level 1 ISAK-accredited anthropometrist (skin-fold testing).
