Michele Kingston BA hons, BSc Nut Med, mBANT, mCNHC

Michele is a registered nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner. She has been
practising for over 9 years and has consulted many patients, both adults and children, from around the
world, with a variety of different illnesses and needs. Over this time she has seen amazing results
and is also living proof that nutritional medicine can have a powerful impact on health.

It is Michele’s goal to help her patients uncover the cause of their illness and nourish them back to

Michele has a degree in Nutritional Medicine, so she is trained to understand how foods and their
nutrients influence the function and health of the body. Her training also includes functional
medicine, which is the practice of identifying and addressing the root cause of disease.
Michele is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Complementary
and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which means she has trained to the highest national
occupation standards, carries professional insurance and will continue to train through monitored
professional development programmes.

Michele has founded The Nutritional Medicine Clinic consulting with patients via
Skype/Zoom, phone and face to face in The Herts Clinic, St Albans.
