Biography

I am a Registered Nutritionist & Health Coach and teach at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

I lecture to groups, corporates and students on topics such as Plant Proteins, Sports Nutrition & Weight Management, Herbs & Spices, Nuts & Seeds, Eating for Immunity, Eating for Peak Performance, Cardiovascular Disease, Healthy Aging, Cooking for Cancer, Detox programmes, Energy Building tips, Healthy hormones, Strategies for Weight loss.

I work with Business to increase staff resilience and improve engagement for Workplace Wellbeing and Wellness Programmes whether this be online groups, zoom or face to face.

I offer 1:1 consultation, delivering personalised health programmes supporting chronic health issues. I practice Functional Medicine, often called 'root cause medicine' which examines the why to illness rather than just the what. I assess medical history, pathogen and toxin exposure, environment and diet, together with individual genetic make-up to get an understanding of how to restore wellness to that individual with diet, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.

I specialise in IBS and digestive health issues, weight management, stress and its impact on health. I also work with inflammatory conditions such as hypertension, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and hormonal issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, menopause and infertility and especially building strong immunity against infection.

I consult with catering and hospitality on specialist diets, allergies and intolerances to help business cater for today’s culinary demanding consumer.

My background
I spent 20 years as an Investment Banking professional in CRM and Money Markets and understand how the fast paced demanding environment of City life poses a challenge to self care and physical health. I also spent many years as an entrepreneur running an independent boutique Bordello in Shoreditch and understand the pressure of entrepreneurship and how health gets pushed to second place behind business and work obligations.

Lets put wellbeing back as a priority in our lives and in doing so enhance performance and enjoyment of life.
