Hi there, I'm a former BBC Radio Presenter and voice over. I took some time out of my broadcasting career to care for my kids and became so interested in health and nutrition that I retrained as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Health Coach!

Good health is fundamentally important to us all. According to Mahatma Gandhi, "It is health that is real wealth, not pieces of gold and silver." I'm sure there are very few people who will disagree with that! But with so much misinformation surrounding nutrition, it can be difficult to know exactly what we should be eating and drinking. One week carbs are good, the next their bad, the same with fats and oils and have you ever wondered why is everything suddenly being labelled as high in protein?

I work with clients all the time who struggle to separate the facts from the fads. The truth is that no one diet fits all - but there are principles and guidelines that you can follow in order to work out what's right for you. I help my clients to get back on track with all aspects of their health, from nutrition to exercise and stress management. I work with them to build new habits that last.

I live in Liverpool with my husband, two sons and a border collie called Mojo. I love running, cooking and health coaching!
