I am a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and have developed the "Mind over Body Weight Loss Programme" based on scientific research on the most successful way of losing weight and keeping it off. I have studied Psychology, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and combined it with my own experience of losing over 6 stone to the develop the programme. The "Mind over Body weight loss programme" runs over 8 weeks in my Clinic in Dublin, and during the programme you will be shown how to retrain your mind to help you stay motivated, learn to deal with your triggers to overeat, cravings, emotional eating and much more.
This is achieved by weekly meeting in small groups of no more than 10 people. You are provided with a nutritional plan that is healthy and easy to follow and a Cognitive Behaviour Manual with worksheets and literature that will help you achieve lasting weight loss. I am also in the process of developing this programme to be available for online live groups.

everyone knows what to do in order to lose weight, but the difficult part is to stay motivated and unlearn bad habits. Research tells us that losing weight is 80% the food you eat and 20% exercise, but you also need to have 100% of your mind in the right place.
Working through the CBT manual over the 8 weeks will change the way you look at food and help you achiee yur weight loss goals.
