I combine my expertise in personal training and nutrition with biomechanics to develop a unique plan that will help you achieve your body’s goals.

Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, learn yoga or Pilates, train for a specific sporting event, or rediscover your flexibility after an injury, I can help.

When we meet in my private gym, you’ll find me friendly and approachable, ready to talk about your goals and how we’ll achieve them together. Most people see real improvements after just a few sessions with me.

As a former top-level athlete (I represented Great Britain in the half and full marathon), I understand the importance of free movement, not to mention approaching all the demands of life and work with the right amount of energy.
