– the 4 secrets to reducing back pain and how this can help you.

– The 1 word which is essential to implement for long term back happiness and quality of life.
– How mindset helps your back pain and quality of life
The main practical part of the session will include breathing and relaxation, gentle stretching and basic core stability strengthening.
The session will end with a very relaxing 5 minute relaxation.
