Here are some useful stretches for you do whilst sitting at your desk to help relieve tension stored in the back and upper shoulders.
- shoulder roll – shoulders up, back and down – create space between your ears and your shoulders
- open out your arms to stretch across your chest
- stand up and walk around
- ear to shoulder stretch – other side ear to shoulder -stretches the neck
