Yoga & Brunch in Surrey Quays

Following the success of our first yoga brunch pop-up, we are returning to the fantastic Lodge Space in Surrey Quays to help you start your weekend in the best way possible.

We’ll start off with a 90 minute yin/yang class, commencing with some deep, soothing yin stretches to help open up the body, then building towards a graceful yang vinyasa flow with plenty of options to suit all levels and experience. We’ll finish of course with a glorious and well-earned relaxation. Then it’s on to brunch – a chance to replenish ourselves with some natural, nutrient-dense and nourishing vegetarian food, catch up with friends and get to know your fellow yogis and food-lovers.
Brunch Menu: Peach and vanilla compote with homemade almond granola and Greek yoghurt

Sharing platters for the table:

  • Broad bean, pea and new potato salad with mint and onion chives
  • Roasted radish and beetroot salad with watercress and tarragon
  • Aromatic-roasted heritage carrots with dukkah and labneh
  • Blistered tomato and basil buckwheat galette
